1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using Pray4me (the website at p4me.ng, pray4me.ng and our apps — together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What Pray4me is
Pray4me is a Christian prayer community. Members can listen to audio prayers, share their own prayers, comment, and — as features launch — request personal prayer from pastors and prayer partners. Some features are offered free and others for a fee shown before you pay.
3. Who can use Pray4me
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must give accurate information when you join and keep it up to date.
4. Your account
- Keep your password and sign-in codes private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away at hi@p4me.ng if you think someone else has used your account.
- You may close your account at any time by emailing us.
5. Acceptable use
Pray4me is a place of faith, dignity and care. You agree not to:
- post anything hateful, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory or unlawful, or that mocks any person or faith;
- share other people's private information (phone numbers, addresses, bank details, photos) without their permission;
- ask members for money, offer paid services, advertise, or invite people to contact you outside Pray4me;
- impersonate anyone, including a pastor, minister or the Pray4me team;
- upload content you do not have the right to share, including music or recordings owned by others;
- try to break, overload, scrape or get unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts.
6. Your prayers and content
- You keep ownership of the prayers, recordings and comments you share.
- You give Pray4me a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, review, play and display that content on the Service, for as long as it remains on the Service, so that other members can hear and pray with it.
- Everything shared is reviewed by a person before it appears. We may decline, edit out private details from, or remove any content that breaks these terms, with a reason where practical.
- You can ask us to remove your content at any time.
7. Prayer, outcomes and professional help
Prayer is meaningful, and we offer it sincerely — but specific outcomes are in God's hands and are never guaranteed. Pray4me does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger or needs urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional straight away.
8. Prices and payments
- Listening to Community Prayers is free. Personal prayer requests may carry a small fee: your first request is free, and the price for your region is always shown before you pay (members can see it any time in My account › Pricing); Nigerian prices include or add Value Added Tax as shown.
- We do not charge for prayer. Prices pay for the service that brings a prayer to you: provider verification, human review, secure delivery and running the platform.
- Your first request is free, once per member.
- Card payments are handled by a licensed payment provider; we do not store your card details.
- If a paid request cannot be delivered, we will refund it. Your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 are not affected by these terms.
9. TrustedAudios voices
People invited to record prayers through TrustedAudios also agree to these terms, keep their account ID and PIN private, and confirm that their recordings are their own. Their recordings are reviewed before publication like all other content.
10. Our name and software
The Pray4me name, logo, design and software belong to Pray4me and its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except to share links to the Service.
11. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account, or restrict an internet connection, that breaks these terms, puts members at risk or harms the Service. Where appropriate we will tell you why. You can stop using the Service at any time.
12. Availability and changes to the Service
We work hard to keep Pray4me available and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features as the Service grows.
13. Our responsibility to you
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Pray4me is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by other members. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We would always rather resolve a concern with you directly — please write to hi@p4me.ng first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you live in another country, you also keep any mandatory consumer rights that the law of your country gives you.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for important changes, tell members by email or on the site before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
